There is a responsibility on Stan James as a provider of gambling services to be aware of the social consequences of gambling. We endeavor to put in place as many measures as possible to protect people who are vulnerable to gambling - be they underage, or have susceptibility to gambling problems.

We are affiliated with the Internet Content Rating Association (ICRA) which allows our website to be recognized as a Gambling site and as such filtered by anyone who chooses to use the ICRA filtering system to control access to gambling sites.
Staff Training
All of our front-line staff undertake training regarding our Social Responsibility, Responsible Gaming and Player Protection policies. Customer service staff are trained to assist service users have requested exclusion from gambling with us due to Problem Gambling. All new employees trained on the above policies as part of their induction to the company. Evaluation
We re-assess and evaluate our policies on Social Responsibility, Responsible Gaming and Player Protection in light of all new research and best practice in other jurisdictions which we are privy to. We monitor customer responses to the measures we have implemented and are active members of the Remote Gambling Association. Self-Exclusion
You can exclude your account from betting activity for a minimum period of six months, using the self exclusion section under the “My Account” section of the website. Your exclusion can be related to any one or more of our services.

If you have implemented self exclusion, and you have any concerns as to whether this has been done successfully, please contact our customer service team, and our staff can check the status of the self exclusion.
Age Verification
We have implemented an age verification procedure in order to ensure that all our service users are over 18 years of age. We require to see proof of date of birth for accounts opened with payment methods which are accessible to those under 18.
