UK Debit Cards

Deposit

Deposits on a UK issued debit card are instant and there are no transaction costs. The minimum deposit is £5 or currency equivalent.

For security reasons, you can only register one card at a time to your account. Should you wish to change your card, you must first withdraw your balance to the existing card, unless the existing card has expired, in which case you can register a new card irrespective of your balance. We reserve the right to withhold funds if the card holder's name is different from the name on the account.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals can be made to any value on a UK issued debit card. There are no transaction costs. Please allow 3 banking days for withdrawals to clear into your bank account. The minimum withdrawal is £10 or currency equivalent.

Authorisation Procedure

In certain circumstances we may ask you to complete our authorisation procedure before any payment is made to you. In such instances we will require the following:

1. Card - A copy of both sides of the credit card registered to your account, clearly showing your signature.
2. Identity - A copy of your passport or driving license.
3. Address - A copy of Bank statement, Utility bill or official document showing address.

Credit Cards

Deposit

Deposits made on credit cards are instant and there are no transaction costs charged by Stan James. Some Credit Card Issuers do however treat these as Cash Advances and implement Charges accordingly, please check with your issuer before depositing. The minimum deposit is £5 or currency equivalent.

For security reasons, you can only register one card at a time to your account. Should you wish to change your card, you must first withdraw your balance to the existing card, unless the existing card has expired, in which case you can register a new card irrespective of your balance. We reserve the right to withhold funds if the card holder's name is different from the name on the account.

Please be aware that your card issuer may charge you for this transaction.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals can be made to any value on a UK issued credit card. There are no transaction costs associated with credit card withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal is £10 or currency equivalent.

Withdrawals may NOT be possible to non UK issued credit cards. For these cards, payments will be made via bank transfer.

In the event that a client requests to withdraw their full deposited balance without placing bets that reflect the value of their deposit, then we reserve the right to withhold sufficient money to cover our transaction costs.

Neteller

Deposit

To deposit funds with Neteller you will first need to set up a Neteller account. With your Neteller account, you can add funds to your Stan James account instantly. Neteller is currently only available to customers who have USD, GBP, CAD and EUR currency accounts.

If you do not yet have a Neteller account:

1. Visit www.neteller.com
2. Click "Sign up now for your FREE Neteller Account!".
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Once you have created your account, log into Neteller and choose one of the following options to deposit funds to your Neteller account: Bank Wire, Electronic Funds Transfer, or Credit Card.

Once you have a Neteller account containing funds:

1. Log in to your Stan James account and click on DEPOSIT from the My Account menu.
2. Select Neteller. If you already have a Bank Card registered there is a link at the bottom of your card details: 'You can also register and use different payment options'. Select this link and click 'Neteller'.
3. Enter the amount you would like to transfer from your Neteller account to your Stan James account.
4. Enter your Neteller Account number and Secure ID. Your Neteller account is now registered with your Stan James account.
5. Return to the 'My Account', 'Deposit' page and enter the amount you want to deposit and confirm your SJ password.
6. Ensure your Neteller account is selected as the source to deposit funds.
7. Click "Deposit Now".

Withdrawal

Customers are allowed 1 free Neteller refund per 30 day period from the date of their 1st Neteller payment, there will be a charge of $20 or currency equivalent per additional withdrawal in that period.

Western Union Quick Pay

Deposit

Western Union Quick Pay allows you to send your payment directly to Stan James within minutes.

Simply bring your cash payment in local currency – where applicable – to a participating Western union Agent location and complete the blue form.

Within minutes of you completing the form, we will receive a notification indicating to us that you have made your payment. The service is 100% guaranteed by Western Union, the world’s largest money transfer network.

There are two easy steps in order to send a payment to us:

1. Go to a local participating Western Union agent location
2. Request and fill out the blue form

Once you have obtained the blue form from the Western Union Agent, you must fill out all appropriate information. It is especially important that you include the following:

Our Company Code, which varies depending on the currency used (see table below) and must be entered in the "Company Code" line under the "Pay To" section of the blue form and you Account Number with Stan James, which must be entered into the "Account Number" line under the "Sender" section.

We currently accept Sterling, Euro and Dollars

Once you have made the payment and paid the Western Union Agent will use a unique transaction number known as Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).

Moneybookers

Deposit

To transfer funds directly from your moneybookers account to your Stan James account via the Stan James website select moneybookers from the deposit page. Minimum deposit amount is 10 units per currency.
Moneybookers email address must match your Stan James account email address.

Withdrawal

If you have deposited via moneybookers we will pay back any balance into your moneybookers account.

Stan James does not currently make any charges for moneybookers transactions.

myCitadel Currencies

You can make a deposit using myCitadel in Sterling, Euros, US Dollars and Chinese Yen. NB. If you wish to use myCitadel you will have to register an account within Stan James in one of the currencies outlined above.

If you bank in a currency other than US Dollars, Sterling or Yen, myCitadel do offer a conversion facility, however you will still have to register a Stan James account in one of the currencies outlined above.

If you already have a myCitadel Account, you will be pleased to know that we are fully integrated with their systems.

How to Register for an Account

To sign up for a myCitadel account, please visit www.mycitadel.com. And fill up all the information there.

When registering for the first time on www.stanjames.com you will be asked to type in:

1. Wallet id : Please enter the e-mail address that you used to sign up for your myCitadel account.
2. myCitadel Security Code: Please enter the number that myCitadel has issued you.

You can fund your account by sending any of the above payments to our head office. Funds will not be made available until they have cleared in our account. Please write your name, username and email address clearly on the back of the cheque. Please note that these payment types may take up to three weeks to clear.

Withdrawal

We can send you a personal cheque upon request if you have deposited via cheque method. Please note that cheques will only be written and sent to the same name and address as that on the account.
