Help: Troubleshooting : Flash problem

Problem description

• I see 1 item remaining... message in the status bar
• I see large empty white areas on the page
• I can't click on the checkbox
• I can't open BetSlip drawer located on the right side
• I use personal firewall software (like Norton's, Keryo's etc.) and I have problems with the site

Flash plugin problem

There is a known problem in Internet Explorer which is related to its handling of the object element. That element is used to load Flash files into the browser. Banners you see on our web site are made as Flash files and as image files. Flash files are usually better looking, more attractive and sometimes smaller in size.

In certain circumstances, Internet Explorer will fail to load the Flash file and it will continue to try forever. This means that page will never be completly downloaded and scripts used on our web site will never load.
That means that betslip won't work, banners will not be displayed, checkbox clicking will not work.

If you have any of these problems, uncheck Use flash in the panel in the left column (below Sports) and submit the form.

That means that banners will be images, and all the features will work again. Note: Advanced features checkbox has nothing to do with this problem, so you can safely leave as it is.
