All pages you visited on our site are kept in the temporary directory on your computer. Sometimes those files gets corrupted or outdated and page may mulfunction. In such case, you need to force the browser to refresh the page. Please note that some browsers use the word Refresh and some Reload - they both do the same thing.
The following should be tried while you are on the problematic page - it will refresh only files from our web site:
In most cases, problems are related to outdated content in the cache, and very rarely with cookies. So you should first try clearing only cache, and if that does not help, you can try clearing cookies as well. If you don't want to do that (i.e. you don't want to lose passwords for other sites which are usually kept in cookies) then use the feedback form to inform us about the problem and we will give advice on the right course of action.
