Two of the all-time goalkeeping greats meet in Portugal, whilst there is English interest in the other game on the evening as Leicester head to Sevilla, looking to forget about their Premier League troubles – for one night only, anyway.

Two of the three relegated teams from the Premier League last season meet this evening at St James’ Park, but both sides’ goals and aspirations this term couldn’t have been any different.

There've been plenty of high profile cases in previous years and already this season there have been a few which have raised eyebrows, too.

Blimey, don't these weeks fly by - unless you're an Arsenal fan!

‘Steve McClaren’s turned things round for the better’ isn’t normally something you’d either hear or read too often, however, that’s proved to be the case since the ex-England boss returned to Derby County in October following former Leicester boss Nigel Pearson’s dismissal.

The EFL returns this midweek, and with games in the Championship, League One and League Two taking place, we felt it’s only right to cover all bases and preview every single game due to be played on Tuesday night in the whole of the Football League! The things we do for you lot, eh?

StanJames' Premier League Predictor Competition | Week 24

The football just keeps on coming, not that we're complaining, we LOVE it!

Another transfer window done and dusted and another few moves completed after that same window supposedly and sensationally ‘slammed’ shut. It was also another day full of hot air, Jim White getting very excited for no particular reason, yellow ties and an absolute bonkers rumour of Scunthorpe United turning down a £4m bid from a Chinese side for Dutch frontman Kevin van Veen.

Football makes a return to our screens this evening, with three matches taking place in three cities. Dimitri Payet-less West Ham will be hoping for revenge against Manchester City after their FA Cup defeat to Pep's troops, and the same will be said for Hull, who were denied a place in the EFL Cup final by those pesky swines Manchester United just last week.

It's a feast for matchday 23, with SEVEN Premier League games.

Well actually, we've picked five where a Cupset could well be on the cards! Is it a tricky away tie? A non-league giant-killing? One of the big sides out of form? Maybe all three? Well, look no further to gain some inspiration from us ahead of your accumulator this weekend!

The latest dollop of your #ContinentalBreakfast has been brought to the table (via the internet, of course), and this week sees us take in tript to Germany, France and Spain, profiling four of the most inrgiuing clashes in Europe this weekend.

Wednesday and then Thursday night takes us to the north of England – Liverpool and then Hull, to be more precise – but not because we like these cities of culture. The Cup football is back as four teams battle it out in a bid to come out the other side at Wembley Stadium towards the end of February. Everyone reckons it’ll be a Liverpool vs.
