Real Sociedad have been something of a bogey side for Barcelona in recent meetings – particularly on their own patch, and with two defeats in a row and with a lack of Neymar through suspension, Barcelona could well be vulnerable.

They haven’t scored in those last two either and you’d have to think that a failure to win against the Basque side will definitely put an end to any remaining title hopes. Barca have won the last two meetings against Sociedad, but with many describing them as being in a crisis, this clash could be different.

What We Sayin’?

Despite being in a pretty dark place for their high standards, with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez up top, you’d still fancy Barca to end their losing run. A 2-0 scoreline may not be classic Barca, but it’ll get the job done, which is priced at 21/4.

The Milan derby is always an exciting fixture in world football, let alone only in Italy. They share the stadium, but also share a fierce rivalry for the bragging rights in the city. AC have only beaten Inter once in the last four meetings, and with a place and two points separating the two sides, this will be an extremely tight affair as both sides have aims of finishing in the top four in Italy.

The Derby della Madonnina is a special derby and whilst both sides have had turbulent campaigns in recent years, but they both appear to be on the rise again and as the table suggests, this one could well go either way.

What We Sayin’?

This match is too tough to call and despite both sides being Italian and famous for their strong defences, we’re behind a BTTS pick at 8/15.

Over in Portugal, it’s a re-run of the 2011 Europa League Final as Braga play host to Porto, who are chasing down table-topping Benfica, who they sit behind by a point and a place in the Primeira Liga.

Braga themselves are not too far away in terms of places, but are 18 points behind the leaders, meaning they’re incredibly unlikely to wrestle the title away from Benfica’s clutches. Nevertheless, they will certainly put up a fight, especially considering there is a double on the cards. In fact, Porto haven’t beaten this weekend’s opponents in the last three meetings, which, by their high standards, isn’t particularly outstanding.

What We Sayin’?

We fancy Porto to put an end to that winless run against Braga, but only just. A 1-2 away win is priced at 6/1.

A trip across to Russia may not sound like an attractive proposition, but this game’s a big one! There have been a total of 13 goals in the last two clashes so there’ll likely be fireworks in this clash, too! Typically, Spartak have the best away record in the division, whilst Zenit are the best away from home.

But it’s Zenit who have won the last two meetings – both on home turf, however, they haven’t won at Spartak’s place in their last three trips, with the last two journeys there ending all square. With games running out fast and with Zenit eight points behind table-topping Spartak, the visitors will really need to win to have any chance of possibly stopping Spartak’s title triumph and boost their own chances.

What We Sayin’?

We’re behind Spartak to continue their charge to the title with another win, which is why we’re going for that alongside BTTS at 3s.
